2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your full legal name and contact information
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was wrongly removed
  • Your consent to jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court

Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed material unless the copyright claimant files legal action within 10–14 business days.

3. Repeat Infringers

TheEcoGlow.com reserves the right to terminate accounts or contributions of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
