2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was wrongly removed
